Analytical Technologies Group is currently hiring for the following positions:

FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER ( Full Time )

  • Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and calibrations on laboratory instruments as well as the refurbishment of instruments.
  • Promote the customer’s long-term interests by extending the life of their instruments.
  • Effectively communicate with customers and account team members to troubleshoot, diagnose, provide repair updates, train end-users, and ensure full resolution of all customer needs.
  • Establish fluency in relevant service documentation, including but not limited to preventative maintenance service reports, IQ/OQ documentation, and other service documentation.
  • Create and properly maintain customer service logs and documentation
  • Accurately input repair part orders, service records, and time entries
  • Follow Company and customer on-site procedures, including customer GxP protocols, safety requirements, Company dress code requirements, and SOP’s
  • Represent and promote ATG in a positive, professional manner and demonstrate our core values: Professionalism, Accountability, Commitment, Tenacity, and Selflessness.
  • Serve as a member of the customer account team by contributing your technical expertise to resolve customer questions, troubleshoot customer issues, and identify additional opportunities to serve our customers.
  • Attend service training as required. Attend all department meetings as requested
  • You have achieved one of the following:

    • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a major illustrating mathematical and/or engineering aptitude, OR

    • High School Diploma/GED and 4 or more years of experience servicing electronic/mechanical equipment, OR

    • Equivalent military education, OR

    • Participant in the formal GEHC Biomed/FE Services Internship or Military Externship program

  • You must be willing and able to travel to customer locations to perform field service, including overnight travel

  • You must be able to pass a background check and drug screen

  • You possess a genuine interest in customer service and troubleshooting
  • You have a genuine interest in continuous learning and improvement demonstrated by your completion of relevant training, professional classes, or certifications
  • You have strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • You are collaborative and resourceful
  • You excel at root cause analysis and you are able to solve complex problems
  • You embody and demonstrate our Company’s core values.

SALES ASSOCIATE ( Full Time )

  • You will research, prospect, call, and email potential customers to develop sales leads.
  • You will learn potential customers’ needs and communicate ATG Service’s value proposition.
  • You will contact existing customers to renew and expand contracts and annual preventative maintenance services with those customers.
  • You will utilize our database resources to identify, contact, and qualify prospects.
  • You will coordinate calls with our operational and technical experts to ensure prospective customers understand our service capabilities.
  • You will update our Salesforce instance for contacts, activity, prospecting, and results tracking, aligning with company sales strategy.
  • You will report weekly on activity and pipeline progress.
  • Some experience in an outbound sales role is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
  • You must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
  • You act ethically, with complete integrity and honesty, and possess a strong work ethic that demands high professional standards of self and others
  • You identify priorities, problems, and opportunities; quickly elicit cooperation for solutions in a positive and proactive manner.
  • You respond promptly and constructively to both external customers and internal colleagues via email and phone
  • You communicate clearly and credibly, both written and oral, including executive staff members as well as customers
  • You can leverage sales-enabling technology to grow the sales pipeline in an efficacious manner.
  • You are collaborative and resourceful.
  • Ability to develop and maint relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and with urgency.
  • You have a tenacious appetite for sales, both in times of success and times of missed opportunity.
